Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing grounds.

The cancellation deadline is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you who is not the shipping company has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform

with a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent through the mail, fax, or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the enclosed Sample Cancellation Form to do so, although this is not required. You can submit the sample cancellation form or another clear declaration. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation promptly (e.g., via e-mail) of the receipt of such a cancellation.

To fulfill the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you wend the notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.

 

 

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we are required to repay you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your selection of a delivery type besides our least expensive standard delivery option) promptly, and at the latest within fourteen days from the day upon which we receive the notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method to provide reimbursement that you used during your original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; we will never charge fees to process this reimbursement. We can deny reimbursement until we receive the returned goods, or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods promptly, and in every case within fourteen days at the latest from the date on which you inform us of your cancellation of this agreement, to KLS Vertriebs GmbH, Revoltage, Carl-Zeiss-Str. 29a in 55129 Mainz. The deadline is considered met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You will bear the costs directly associated with returning the goods.

You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from an action not necessary to check the characteristics, properties, and function of the goods.
