Scope

 

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries by Revoltage.rocks (hereinafter referred to as Revoltage) to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed neither primarily to their commercial nor independent professional activities.

Conclusion of contract

 

The presentation of products in the online shop shall not be considered a legally binding offer, but rather only an invitation to place an order.

 

By clicking the button [Buy/Place an order], you submit a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchasing agreement will be concluded once we accept your order through an e-mailed order confirmation, directly after we receive your order.

 

 

Right of cancellation

 

If you are a consumer (a natural person who submits the order for a purpose not associated with either your commercial or independent business-related activities), then you will generally have a right of cancellation under the law.

If you make use of your right of cancellation as a consumer under clause 4.1, you are responsible for regular costs of the return delivery.

Right of cancellation

 

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing grounds.

The cancellation deadline is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you who is not the shipping company has taken possession of the goods.

with a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent through the mail, fax, or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not required. You can submit the sample cancellation form or another clear declaration. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation promptly (e.g., via e-mail) of the receipt of such a cancellation.

To fulfill the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you wend the notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.

 

 

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we are required to repay you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your selection of a delivery type besides our least expensive standard delivery option) promptly, and at the latest within fourteen days from the day upon which we receive the notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method to provide reimbursement that you used during your original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; we will never charge fees to process this reimbursement. We can deny reimbursement until we receive the returned goods, or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods promptly, and in every case within fourteen days at the latest from the date on which you inform us of your cancellation of this agreement, to KLS Vertriebs GmbH, Revoltage, Carl-Zeiss-Str. 29a in 55129 Mainz. The deadline is considered met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You will bear the costs directly associated with returning the goods.

You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from an action not necessary to check the characteristics, properties, and function of the goods.

Prices and shipping costs

 

The prices indicated on the product pages contain statutory VAT and other pricing components.

The shipping costs will be shown on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

If you pay by cash on delivery, then a fee of 2 euros will also be due and collected on site by the delivery company. No other taxes or costs will be charged.

 

 

Delivery

 

Generally, the delivery will be handled by DHL.

The delivery time throughout Germany is up to 3 days. We will note any deviating delivery times outside of Germany on the individual product page.

 

 

Payment

 

Payment may be made via advance payment.

If you choose advance payment, you can use the different payment options on the website.

 

 

Retention of ownership

 

Goods shall remain our property until full payment is made.

 

 

Dispute resolution

 

The EU Commission has established an online platform for dispute resolution. The platform serves as an initial point of contact for out of court settlements of disputes related to contractual obligations under online purchasing agreements. We are neither prepared nor obligated to take part in any dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

 

 

Youth protection

 

If your order includes goods subject to age restrictions for sale, then we will ensure via a permitted process that the ordering party is at least the minimum age, including a personal identity and age check. The delivery company will only hand over the goods once the age check has been completed, and only to the ordering party personally. In this case, the delivery cannot be completed at a package station.
